Aggeler finds in favour of Chicago-based Vee Jay Records at the end of a court dispute in which Capitol Records was contesting Vee Jay's right to issue material by The Beatles in the USA. Capitol had been contending that Vee Jay had violated their agreement by altering and repackaging the album Introducing The Beatles.
