It is reported that Spandau Ballet, and its publishing company Reformation, has taken Chrysalis Records to court to secure an injunction against the company's tv advertisement for the band's compilation The Singles Collection. The band claims that the music used in the advert infringes their copyright. (The suit will be settled in 1986, after which the band will move to CBS Records.)
