32-year-old American Frank Tufaro is arrested near Kingsbridge, Devon, UK, after breaking into the home of singer Kate Bush, allegedly to propose marriage to her. He is carrying a £3,000 diamond, sapphire and gold engagement ring, but gains entry by breaking a window once he realises that Bush is not at home. He is later deported by the UK Border Agency.
