Lucy Dickins (booking agent, Adele) : The BRITS, when Adele did Someone Like You, was the one that made everyone realise how fantastic she was. You had all these girls in sexy outfits doing their big production numbers with dancers and lights and pyrotechnics, and then Adele came on and just stood at the front of the stage with nothing but a piano, and that launched her into all the global success that came after.
