An all-star lineup includes Don Henley, Michael McDonald, George Harrison, David Crosby, Eddie Van Halen, Boz Scaggs, Donald Fagen and the surviving members of Toto. The proceeds of the concert are used to establish an educational trust fund for Porcaro's sons.
