Drummer Philthy Animal Taylor of Motorhead breaks his neck after the band's gig at The Ulster Hall, Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK, Europe. In some post-show hi-jinks, Taylor is lifted above the head of a friend in a test of strength, but he is then dropped on his head, snapping his neck. Taylor will continue to play in Motorhead with the aid of a neck brace.
