Clive Timperley (The 101ers) : The guy who owned it would liaise with a British agency, and get an English band to come over. He also owned a hotel, which we could stay at, and he’d arrange two or three other gigs. It’s basically a rip-off, but it gets you over there, and the guy who organises it gets an English band. The Dutch people love English bands.
