It is announced that artist Dereck Seltzer has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Federal Court, against Green Day. Seltzer is claiming copyright infringement, violation of the Lanham Trademark Act, unfair competition and injury to business reputation for the band's misappropriation of his original artwork, Scream Icon, as promotional imagery.
