Full article:

DMB saxophonist LeRoi Moore dominates this album. Moore died in a tragic accident while this album was being made, but the music is far from despairing, coming across more as a celebration of their departed friend’s life than a sorrowful farewell. Moore appears on the cover as a huge and somewhat grotesque head on the front of a parade float at Mardi Gras in New Orleans, and that’s the spirit the band has caught in these grooves. America’s top-drawing live band, the DMB has never quite captured British hearts, but only the hardest could resist their reckless drive, passion and tightly-focussed energy this time around.
