Stanley V. Howse, rapper with Bone Thugs-N-Harmony is arrested, just one day after being released on bail, and charged with threatening the neighbour responsible for his previous arrest. Bail is set at $1m. On the same day, a former lead guitarist of Kiss, Vinnie Vincent, files a $5.5m lawsuit against the band in Los Angeles, California, alleging royalty payment fraud.
