Variety magazine in the USA reports that a legal battle is brewing between Gladys Music, Inc., Elvis Presley Music, Inc., and Radio Corporation of America [RCA] and a pair of songwriters Aaron Schroeder and Wally Gold, over rights to the song Good Luck Charm. Schroeder and Gold allege that they own the copyright, but RCA has released the the record showing a credit to Gladys Music.
