Short story:

Country music lover J. B. Bryan from Burl, Alabama, USA, writes to radio station WSM in Nashville, Tennessee, USA, declaring, "We are away out in the lime hills of Wilcox County, Alabama, three miles to the nearest post office. We had a good crowd of hill dwellers last night, and we enjoyed Dr. Bate's dance program beyond expression." He is referring to a programme called the WSM Barn Dance, including music by Dr. Humphrey Bate's Possum Hunters. The programme will later change its name to The Grand Ole Opry.
