Dean Torrence (Jan And Dean] : I think that – a little more comedy and a litte more concept – is where we might have been going had Jan not had his accident The people who owned Batman didn't think it was so funny – some of the bits that we did. They still let us use the artwork for the front of the album but they didn't want us to us the 'Batman And Robin' name in the recording. So we had to go back and re-do almost everything we'd done. I think we had almos completed the album.
