Claudio Trotta (concert promoter) : I cannot forget the blues notes of Bo Diddley during a show in Milan where he was performing with a square shaped guitar and I was standing on the stage side with Nina Hagen and Edoardo Bennato.
We organised a concert in favour of Cuba against the American embargo and that day he was with Muhammad Ali.
Ali was my hero for his integrity, beauty and strength. He jumped on stage to hug Bo and after that he shook my hand…which of course I did not wash for a week. What an unforgettable evening.
