Several years ago, a major rock mag editor told me emo was dead. Perhaps it is - to the hip rockistocracy - but sales of albums by Fall Out Boy and their emo ilk continue to swell, almost as fast as teenagers rush to deny that they are now, or have ever been, an emo.
