Matthieu Drouot (Deputy CEO, Gerard Drouot Productions, France) : The band has a preference to play in stadiums, where the vibe is better than in a field. Stade De France is the ultimate open-air French venue for football, rugby and concerts.  It offers the biggest seated and standing capacity in the territory, and has become one of the most popular places here since France won the FIFA World Cup in 1998, and the World’s best artists have performed there. The band has now totalled five shows there throughout the three last tours. It’s also easy for the audience to use train transportation to get there. Thanks to the French fast train, you can live in Lyon 500 km away from the stadium near Paris, and make it to Stade de France in just three hours time.

The band is very cautious on ticket price, which helps selling fast. There’s no need to over-advertise to gross. With prices between €70 and €80, we sold out a first show at Stade De France in a couple hours, then announced a second one the following day which sold-out in two days. My weekend highlight was when Gerard and I presented them with gold tickets for selling 150,000+ tickets on the same cycle!
