Full article:

Don’t expect baccy-stained, moonshine-soaked outlaw cliches or crossover Nashville pop a la Taylor Swift, because Legends Of Country is the brainchild of Jof Owen, better known as half of Wendover-based indie-pop duo The Boy Most Likely To. His vision of country music is so quintessentially English that the only comparison I can think of is The Proclaimers tartan take on classic Everly Brothers pop. Instead of dying dogs, crashing trains and yee-haw yelps, Legends Of Country purvey crisps, darts, Little Chefs and trips to Whitstable. You also get steel guitars, Tijuana trumpets and enough wryly humorous lyrics to make this a boot-scootin’ joy from end to end.
