Emily Eavis (Glastonbury Organiser) : I never get to see half the acts I’ve booked. I remember at the last festival I didn’t see the White Stripes. I remember bolting up the hill towards the farmhouse when they came on stage, and they looked amazing, but I was embroiled in some drama and there was no way I could get down there to see them. I also missed Ian Brown. (Source : interview with Johnny Black)
