Eight years after the murder of rapper The Notorious B.I.G. aka Biggie Smalls, the FBI closes its 18-month long investigation into the case. The investigation had been looking into allegations that a Los Angeles police officer and Death Row Records founder Suge Knight, plotted the murder. The case is being closed, says the head of the FBI’s Los Angeles office because there is no basis on which to prosecute.
