It is reported that Kimberley Myers, a fan injured when Angelo Moore of Fishbone did a stage dive during a 2010 show at The World Cafe Live, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, has successful sued the band for damages and compensation. Myers' skull and collarbone were broken during the stage dive. Her court action has earned her $1.33m.
