Alex Kramer dies aged 95 in Westport, Connecticut, USA.. He had found success as one of the most successful and highly regarded songwriters of the big band era, composing over 180 songs (including It All Comes Back To Me Now (1941), Ain’t Nobody Here But Us Chickens and Far Away Places (1949), with his songwriting partner and wife, Joan Whitney.
